5k Race and 1k Kiddie Romp

 We’re hard at work on the annual Crawfordsville Strawberry Festival and sincerely hope you will be a part of the excitement at the historic Lane Place in Crawfordsville.  If you like to run, we have just the thing for you, the Crawfordsville Strawberry Festival 5k Race and 1k Kiddie Romp sponsored by Franciscan Health and Physicians Network on Saturday.

 The 5k Race is open to any male or female runner in good physical condition.  Runners will check in at the Crawfordsville City Building located at the intersection of N Water St and E Pike St.  The running course will close for 45 minutes after the start of the race.

 Overall male and female top 3 finishers will receive $100, $60 and $35 awards respectively.  Each Division 1st Place finisher will receive a $10 award.  All prizes will be handed out at the completion of the event and you MUST be present to receive your award.  Souvenir t-shirts will be given to all preregistered competitors.

 After the 5k Race results have been tabulated, a 1k Kiddie Romp for ages 9 and under will be held at the Crawfordsville City Building.  Appropriate awards will be presented.
