We’re hard at work on the annual Strawberry Festival and sincerely hope you will be a part of the excitement at the historic Lane Place in Crawfordsville.

The Arts & Crafts area on the festival grounds will be decked out at its finest with approximately 90 Arts & Crafts booths.  It’s one of the most popular areas along with the food court, children’s area and some of the best free entertainment, all for everyone’s enjoyment.  You’re certain to find something that you “just can’t live without”.

If you are interested in being part of the Arts & Crafts area, please take a few minutes to review the following information and guidelines.


DATES:  June 9 – 10 – 11, 2017

MERCHANDISEWe prefer handcrafted items, but all items should be at least partially handmade. No commercial products, please

FEE:  Each (10’x10’) booth space is $100.00 (non-refundable) for all three (3) days.
         Electricity is available for an additional $10.00 and you must furnish your own heavy duty cord.


SET UP:Tents only will be allowed to setup on Thursday evening from 4:00pm to dusk. (No Security)
             Setup Friday must be completed by 11:00am. 
             No setup will be allowed during festival hours.


Vehicles used for unloading merchandise must be moved from the adjacent street each day before the festival begins. 
No vehicles will be allowed on the grounds.

MANDATORY PARTICIPATION HOURS FOR THE FESTIVAL ARE: Friday 11:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.  (After Hours Security Will Be Provided)
                                                                                                   Saturday 10:00 a. m. to 9:30 p.m. (After Hours Security Will Be Provided)
                                                                                                   Sunday 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.


Everyone must stay open until darkness falls and Sunday until 4:00 p.m. In the event of inclement weather, the festival committee will determine the hours.

DRESS CODE: Presentable shorts or jeans or slacks, shirt and shoes.

Other:  The festival committee will include with your confirmation, a map with your booth location identified and an Unloading/Loading Permit to be placed on the driver’s side of your windshield. If you are a returning vendor from last year, we will try to place you as close to your previous location as possible if that is your choice.
